We provide support to people between the ages of 18-65 and 65 plus who have:

• Dementia
• Physical Disabilities
We deliver services in line with current legislation and principles such as: right support, right culture, choice, promotion of independence and ensuring inclusion as detailed with the document ‘Providing the right support’.
Our services will meet the requirements set out in the Real Tenancy Test and Registering the Right Support. We ensured our services satisfied the criteria set out in the Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) Regulations 2014.
We always remain compliant with all regulations, requirements, guidance and standards within the Act, and respective legislation. Care2Care group LTD take pride in Quality Improvement to ensure our service is always Safe/Caring/Responsive/Effective and Well Lead in line with the CQC Domains.

Live-in care is when you have a fully trained carer living with you in your home, offering round-the-clock support for constant peace of mind. They will support you based on your individual care plan that has been carefully created with your live-in care manager, offering the person-centred care you need as and when you need it.
Anything you need them to! Your live-in carer will be fully trained to meet all of your specific care needs, ranging from personal care and mobility support to companionship and help with keeping on top of the housework.
CQC-regulated live-in care means that you have greater peace of mind that the service you’re receiving is fully regulated by an independent body. In essence, a CQC-regulated service like ours is regularly monitored for safety, effectiveness and responsiveness, meaning that you can rest assured that the service you are promised is the service you’re receiving.
Our live-in care costs are dependent on the intensity of your care needs; however, the starting prices are £1,779 per week for a single person, or £1,779 per week for a couple.
